You may request but we don’t encourage it as our team want to make sure the parcel reached you safely so a signature is required upon delivery otherwise we won’t reimburse your order if it is not received by you.
Hence we highly suggest you to arrange for a re-delivery with Abx Express on their website by keying in your tracking number. One time re-delivery is free!
Please do note that if the re-delivery fails and parcel is returned to us, self-collection at any of our office is advisable as the delivery fee is chargeable for second courier delivery.

You will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number after your order is shipped. The tracking number will also be displayed on your Account Summary page, once your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the Abx Express website, for deliveries within Malaysia.
We are not able to make any changes to the address once your order is made, unless there is an error in the address.

First thing first, you must register an account with IS SO BASIC to receive and earn the not so Basic points.
You will earn Basic points worth RM15 whenever you accumulate 50points in purchases. You will also receive return points when you return items. From time to time, you may also receive Basic points as a surprise or as a token of our apology for making a mistake.

Return points and Basic points expires one year after it is issued. When you make a purchase with us, your oldest unused credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused points. This will help minimise the chances of your points expiring before you can use it.
Yes definitely! You can redeem RM15 cash voucher when you have 50points or above.
Your points will not be deducted if your order is returned for points. However, do note that points will not be earned for the purchase amount paid via Basic points.

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follow:
Bust
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, below your rib cage, leaving the tape a bit loose.
Hips
Measured approximately 20cm/8in down from the waistline.
Length
Measure from shoulder to bottom (applicable to tops, dresses and rompers).
Bottoms
Measure from the waistline to bottom (applicable to shorts, skirts or bottoms).
Neck
Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
Seat
To find your seat, measure 20cm from your natural waist as a guide. Stand with your feet together and measure around your widest part.
Inside leg length
Measure from the top of your inner tight to your ankle bone.

All items purchased online can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Refunds will be in the form of Return points, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Please ensure you have registered an account with us in order to receive the Return points. The Return points will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded.

Yes, you are allowed to exchange to other item or sizes. Nonetheless, we will reimbursed the return points to you equivalent to the products for your next exchange. We will not hold or reserve any items for the exchange.
Yes, items purchased with Basic points are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet the conditions for return or exchange. Please note that sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless specifically stated.

You will receive an email from us once we have received the parcel. We will then process the return and disburse the Refund points into your account within 5 business days.
